Behaviour coaching

The majority of my 1:1 sessions involve behaviour coaching.  This is where we work together to determine the things that you (or the client) are struggling with the most.  We will identify and change any behaviours that are preventing you from achieving your goals or living the life you want to be living.  My work in this area is predominantly with young people, but I have an increasing number of adults reaching out to me asking for help - which I’m more than happy to provide. 

The needs of my clients are always at the forefront of the sessions and we work to identify any patterns or habits that might be having a negative impact, while working towards creating habits that will have a positive impact.  Strategies and techniques are developed that can be used in everyday life and I am available to support, encourage, hold to account and track progress as needed.

I can help to improve communication skills, increase self-esteem and self-efficacy (our belief in our ability to do something), reduce anxiety, increase your ability to cope with stressful situations and help everyone to achieve their full potential.

 

My aim is to help each individual become the very best version of themselves that they can be.
